LocknLock USA, Inc. permits authentic, genuine LocknLock Brand products to be defect-free under proper use and care from the initial date of purchase. The limited warranty policy does not apply to normal wear and tear, product aging, conditions resulting from accidents, purposeful abuse/alteration, and lack of correct maintenance.
LocknLock USA, Inc. excludes liability for any subsequent, incidental, or special damages.
A number of jurisdictions do not exclude subsequent, incidental, or special damages; the aforementioned exclusion may not pertain to you.
To begin the claims process, please read the following:
- Within 30 days of delivery, access www.locknlockusa.com, and complete the fields in the Contact Us page. Please include your proof of purchase (Order ID#) and return reason in the message.
- After confirming proof of purchase and claim, we will authorize the claims process by providing a return shipping label and instructions for returning your defective item(s).
- Once we have received your defective item and confirmed the manufacturing defective status, we will send a brand-new replacement.
- Claims process typically takes between 3~4 weeks.
This limited warranty provides you specific legal rights and other rights which may vary state-to-state and province-to-province.
