New Items

Our policy lasts 30 days. We can’t offer refunds on purchases that were made 30+ days ago.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, please read the following:

  1. Within 30 days of delivery, access www.locknlockusa.com, and complete the fields in the Contact Us page. Please include your proof of purchase (Order ID#) and return reason in the message.
  2. After confirming return reason, we will authorize your return by providing instructions for returning your item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item(s).
  3. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original product price minus shipping costs (except in cases of defective or damaged items).
  4. Refund credit usually show on your credit/debit card within 5 business days after refund is issued.

Damaged/Defective Items

We strive to ensure the best quality and standard for your product; however, damages from shipping and handling sometimes occur. If you would like to return your damaged item(s), please read the following:

  1. Within 72 hours of delivery, access www.locknlockusa.com, and complete the fields in the Contact Us page. Please include your proof of purchase (Order ID#) and return reason in the message.
  2. After confirming return reason, we will authorize your return by providing a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item(s).
  3. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original product price including shipping costs.
  4. Refund credit usually show on your credit/debit card within 5 business days after refund is issued.

Exchanges

New Items Only

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, please read the following:

  1. Within 30 days of delivery, access www.locknlockusa.com, and complete the fields in the Contact Us page. Please include your proof of purchase (Order ID#) and exchange reason in the message.
  2. After confirming exchange reason, we will authorize your exchange and provide instructions for shipping your unwanted item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item(s).
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will exchange your unwanted item(s) for your desired item(s).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided to you by email.
